“We walk differently but we tie our shoe laces the same”

“We walk differently but we tie our shoe laces the same”

As Susan and I found ourselves assisting our momma with getting dressed and ready for Doctor’s appointment, it hit us both simultaneously that our momma who taught us to tie our shoe laces now needs us to tie hers. This was a sobering moment for us both.

God has knitted us together with creating us with two completely diverse-personalities but in the end we tie our shoe laces the same. Life situations bring out our differences with noticeable  blinking neon lights.

So as we discussed how we wanted to approach our blog, we both agreed that our differences that make us each unique is important with sharing our individual hearts.

Each topic that we explore will include both of us with individual perception. We will not read each other’s or discuss what each other is writing that day. This way it keeps us true to ourselves as we ponder each situation and how it truly affects each one of us.

We truly hope that you will join us by following our journey and commenting with sending your thoughts to us.

For an update:

Momma will have appointment on Tuesday for post-op.

PET on Wednesday

Oncology appointment on Friday for results

Next week is a Big week for her and us. Thank you for your continual support and prayers that uplift our spirits.

We know God will do what He desires and knows what is best for our momma and for us in all that He does for His purpose to bring Him Glory.

"But He is unique and who can turn Him? And what His soul desires, that He does.  (Job 23:13, NASB)
